Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. Should the position shift to in-person (office/site) work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time, so long as the position meets the established eligibility for these benefits. </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You Will Do</b></h2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">You are responsible for the management and oversight of strategic metallurgical projects across growth projects, operational support functions, and corporate initiatives, while providing direct technical support, mentorship, and advisement on mineral processing topics and promoting industry best practices across operating companies, with potential responsibility for reserve reporting sign‑off. In this role, you lead strategic project planning including project identification and formulation, decision methodology, evaluation with stakeholders, and resource definition to support process execution. As a Manager of Metallurgy and Process Design, you interact with internal and external resources on growth projects and are accountable for executing technical development work, quantifying cost impacts, and regularly communicating project status and outcomes to stakeholders. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
