The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Treasury Global Cash Management Team: In this role, you will support Global Cash Management to support RTX Treasury in meeting its objectives. This includes active support of Cash Management, daily cash positioning, month-end closing of the Treasury ledger, bank account signatory management, cash pool participant integration and reporting, and e-banking administration. This is a part-time position with preferred working hours of 8 AM -12 PM EST.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supporting RTX’s global liquidity using SAP Treasury systems to determine daily cash position and funding requirements for US and International cash pools.
  • Day to day management of the Corp Treasury processes and programs to support Treasury in meeting its objectives. This includes active Cash Management support, as well as FX and intercompany loans and bank account management.
  • Support Treasury Operations and the management of RTX’s Global Treasury settlement program as required.
  • Support Cash Management projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with cross functional cash mobilization and repatriation.
  • Support expansion of cash pool participation
  • Maintain bank accounts and support e-banking administration.
  • Provide Treasury support to business unit WHQ and entities as required.
  • Responsible for select Sarbanes-Oxley control testing activities.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • Direct experience with treasury processes and familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams (DT, Controllers, Legal, Tax).
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
