Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Vacation Holidays 401k Job Description * Installs, repairs, and maintains manufacturing equipment and plant facilities necessary for satisfactory operation of equipment and processes. * Troubleshoot and repair CNC machining cells (CNC Mills, 6 axis robots, horizontal die casting presses and auxiliary equipment (mechanical, electrical/electronic controls, 6 axis robots), hydraulic/pneumatic systems, shot blasting equipment: wheel style blasters and dust collection, melting furnace and molten metal launders which includes combustion equipment, electronic controls, and conveyors. * Can navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for the purpose of troubleshooting equipment faults. * Can modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
