Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in maintaining outstanding restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
  • Filter oil fryers daily and ensure safe kitchen operations.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, restrooms, floors, windows, and stock rooms.
  • Maintain exterior grounds, including trash removal and upkeep of outside areas.
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and manage supply storage.
  • Empty trash compactors and handle waste disposal.
  • Replace light bulbs and perform minor facility maintenance.
  • Clean HVAC and exhaust units, ensuring roofs remain free of debris.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and follow sanitation, safety, and maintenance standards.
  • Strong teamwork and reliability to support restaurant operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance, janitorial, or facilities experience is helpful but not required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, or overnights.
