Little Stars Therapy Services is seeking a dependable and positive Jr. Office Assistant – Programs to support our Programs Team in maintaining an organized, engaging, and efficient clinic environment. This role is ideal for a high school or college student interested in healthcare, business, administration, marketing, education, or community engagement.

At Little Stars, we believe every role matters. Whether you're organizing therapy materials, helping prepare family engagement projects, or supporting clinic events, your work helps create a better experience for the children, families, and team members we serve every day.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and stock office and therapy room supplies
  • Create and prepare therapeutic materials for the Programs Team
  • Assist with filing, shredding, and basic administrative support
  • Help with setup and teardown for events and community fairs
  • Prepare marketing and family engagement materials
  • Assist with light organization and cleaning of shared spaces
  • Deliver documents between departments
  • Support simple data entry projects with supervision
  • Run approved errands if age 16+ with a valid driver's license

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

ScheduleWork Environment

  • Part-time position: approximately 10–20 hours per week
  • Primarily weekday hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional flexibility for special events or projects
