Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to: • Responsible for planning and strategies to retain and expand current customer relationships. • Responsible to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increased revenue. • Ensures high -quality customer service and issue resolution. • Assists with client engagement activities, including identifying requirements and putting together proposals. • Assists with maintenance of data management systems • Ensures goals and objectives of the team are met. • Ensures all applicable regulations, policies, and procedure are followed. • Stays abreast of the regulatory environment and market trends in the insurance industry. • Other duties as assigned. What you need to bring to the table: • Requires a College Degree and 4+ years in the insurance industry with underwriting, sales, account management, or other directly related experience. • Insurance licensing required.
