<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Harbor</strong> is seeking a <strong>HR Business Partner </strong>to join our growing team.  The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a relationship manager with our Harbor employees, managers, and leaders, and will provide holistic HR support to a subset of Harbor’s business units. To be successful in this role you must understand business priorities and translate them in a way that influences employee engagement and performance.  A data driven approach will be taken to help leaders navigate areas of concerns, improve performance, retention and most important of all – employee engagement and experience. This role reports into the Vice President of Talent and is a remote
