And your practice.</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>Today’s targeted drug delivery and infusion needs require confident coordination among physicians, provider staff, and patients. BHI helps connect all three to allow doctors to extend care beyond the office, provider staff to centralize management for greater efficiency, and patients to receive TDD right in their own home with experienced nurses. BHI helps bring physicians, provider staff, and patients together for Better Home Infusion.</em></strong></p> <p>We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our healthcare clients receive outstanding support, guidance, and value from our products and services. You will serve as the point of contact for client inquiries, drive engagement and retention, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.</p> <p><strong>This is a remotely based position that requires 50% travel frequently within the U.S.</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Act as the main point of contact for healthcare client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.</li> <li>Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to maximize their success with our services.</li> <li>Proactively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction, adoption, and retention.</li> <li>Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and regular check-ins</li> <li>Address client concerns and work closely with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.</li> <li>Analyze customer data to improve the client experience and report on key metrics.</li> <li>Manage the initial admissions process by partnering with the office/practice manager</li> <li>Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance offerings</li> <li>Flexibility to work in multiple time zones to meet client needs</li> <li>Provide onsite client support as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li> <li>2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with healthcare clients.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.</li> <li>Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.</li> <li>Project management experience preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM tools, customer support software, and data analytics platforms.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li> <li>Ability to travel 50% of the time</li> <li>Additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><em>At Basic Home Infusion, we are deeply committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our provision of intrathecal infusion pain management services.
