<p><strong>Head of Legal / General Counsel</strong></p> <p>The position of Head of Legal / General Counsel at Guild Garage Group is responsible for leading all legal functions across a rapidly growing portfolio of garage door companies throughout the United States. This role serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, with a strong focus on corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
