Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Associate to join our fully remote support team in Canada. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or individuals looking to start a career in Information Technology. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees and clients experiencing technical issues, assisting them with troubleshooting, system navigation, and basic IT support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users through phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and account access.

  • Escalate complex problems to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.

  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and offer clear instructions to resolve issues.

  • Install, configure, and update basic software applications as required.

  • Maintain service-level standards and ensure timely follow-ups on open tickets.

  • Support onboarding processes by assisting new hires with system setup.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve internal processes and customer experience.
