Freelance Content Creator Program Manager Capital Region Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Content Creator Program Manager to oversee our roster-based creator program supporting Revert and Golden Garden. This role manages monthly project drops, creator coordination, compliance, and payment tracking across our cannabis brands. Key Responsibilities • Launch and manage monthly creator project lists • Assign and track creator deliverables, deadlines, and regions • Review submissions for brand quality and compliance (NYS + Meta) • Communicate with creators and resolve issues proactively • Track performance using a rolling 3-month point system • Approve deliverables and ensure invoices are processed • Coordinate with internal marketing, retail, and cultivation teams • Prepare monthly performance and budget reports Monthly Workflow • Week 4: Prepare and release next month’s project list, approve pitches • Week 1: Confirm creator assignments and coverage • Weeks 2–3: Monitor progress, check compliance, manage revisions • Weeks 3–4: Approve content, clear invoices, confirm payments Ongoing Expectations • Daily inbox and Slack monitoring • Weekly compliance checks (brand, NYS cannabis laws, Meta policies) • Maintain tracking sheets for projects, invoices, and creator performance • Assign points for missed deadlines or non-communication • Remove creators after 3 points in a 3-month period Content Scope • Instagram feed content for: • Golden Garden: 10–12 posts/month (3/week) • Revert: 8–10 posts/month (2–3/week) • Joint CRC ecosystem posts as needed Qualifications • Experience managing freelancers or creators • Strong organizational and communication skills • Familiarity with social media workflows and content calendars • Ability to enforce deadlines and quality standards • Cannabis industry or regulated marketing experience preferred • Working knowledge of Instagram/Meta compliance is a plus Employment Details • Contract or part-time role (details discussed during interview) • Remote with EST availability preferred Job Type: Freelance Pay: $23.82 - $28.69 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
