Floorhands - Entry Level - Weston, WV

Highlands Drilling LLC is seeking Floorhands to join their field-based operations in Weston, West Virginia. Floorhands are responsible for operating and maintaining the rig floor, assisting with drilling operations, and supporting rig relocation and maintenance. This is a physically demanding role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, safety-sensitive environments and are willing to travel and work flexible hours.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Previous experience as righand, floorhand, derrickhand preferred
  • Working knowledge of oil/gas operations preferred
  • Ability to work for extended periods in harsh weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lb. objects occasionally
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to wear and properly utilize PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, life vest, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, etc.)
  • Must be willing to travel

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • MSHA Part 48 certification, preferred
  • OSHA 10 Certification or greater, preferred
  • Previous experience in a high paced safety sensitive work environment preferred
