Job description

Valley Hi Country Club is seeking a hospitality-driven individual with serving experience to join our team. This role combines front-of-house service with poolside snack bar operations, requiring a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, fostering strong member relationships, and maintaining high service standards in a dynamic club environment

Availability required: Mondays- Fridays, Weekends and Holidays, in addition to regular hours.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of serving experience (country club experience preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and guest transactions
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid California Food Handler Card required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
