This strategic role will develop our Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA) practice, evangelize the Cisco 360 partner program, and expand our software licensing capabilities across multiple manufacturers. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our organization and key vendor partners while building scalable, profitable service offerings.<br><br><br><br><br>Duties and Responsibilities<br><br>Cisco Enterprise Agreement & Partner Program Leadership<br><ul><li>Build and scale our Cisco EA software sales and services capabilities</li><li>Master and evangelize the Cisco 360 partner program both internally and externally</li><li>Develop relationships with Cisco partner management and channel teams</li><li>Train internal teams on Cisco 360 benefits and positioning strategies</li></ul><br>Multi-Vendor Software Licensing Practice Development<br><ul><li>Establish software licensing capabilities across manufacturers including Microsoft, IBM, VMware, and security vendors</li><li>Create repeatable processes for license assessments, optimization, and compliance services</li><li>Develop vendor-agnostic approaches that prioritize client outcomes</li><li>Build strategic relationships with multiple vendor partner programs</li></ul>Revenue Generation & Growth<br><ul><li>Drive direct software licensing sales and recurring revenue streams</li><li>Create service offerings around license management, optimization, and compliance</li><li>Identify and pursue large enterprise software opportunities</li><li>Develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies for software services</li></ul>Internal Organization & Training<br><ul><li>Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to integrate software capabilities</li><li>Train regional managers and account managers on software licensing opportunities</li><li>Work with technical teams to build delivery capabilities around software solutions</li><li>Create internal processes and documentation for software licensing practice</li></ul>Data & Analytics Management: <br><ul><li>Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.</li><li>Provide actionable insights and reports to leadership and sales teams to inform decision-making.</li><li>Implement dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track sales success and areas for improvement.</li></ul>Strategic Partnership Management<br><ul><li>Navigate multiple vendor relationships and partner program requirements</li><li>Maximize partner benefits, rebates, and co-selling opportunities</li><li>Represent our organization in vendor partner councils and strategic planning</li><li>Balance internal revenue goals with partner program compliance</li></ul>Qualifications & Requirements<br><br>Education:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.  MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.</li></ul>Technical Expertise and Experience:<br><ul><li>5+ years of enterprise software licensing experience</li><li>Deep knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and partner programs</li><li>Experience with Cisco 360 partner program preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex negotiations</li><li>Experience building or scaling software practices within service organizations</li><li>Excellent relationship building and communication skills </li></ul>Meridian Group International, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
