This is an outstanding chance to support our mission by connecting with prospective students and steering them toward programs that align with their goals.</p><p><b>What you will do here:</b></p><p>Enrollment Representatives play a vital role in driving sales revenue for our Ed2go continuing education and career training programs. As an Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for prioritizing qualified leads generated through various channels, including our website, referrals, live chat, and telephone. Your primary objective will be to match prospective students with the most suitable program while ensuring a top-notch customer experience at every touchpoint.</p><p>At Cengage Group, we prioritize delivering the highest quality student experience from an individual's first contact with us through their initial enrollment. As an Enrollment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our processes and infrastructure deliver on that promise. If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, customer service, and education, we want to hear from you!</p><p>Candidates will need to possess basic computer knowledge and skills, including the ability to navigate common software applications and systems. Additionally, they should demonstrate the capability to perform basic troubleshooting when technical issues arise to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</p><p><b>Technology Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to operate a computer confidently, including navigating operating systems and common software applications.</p></li><li><p>System Navigation: Proficiency in using web-based platforms, CRM systems, and enrollment tools to manage student information and workflows.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to perform basic troubleshooting when technical issues arise, such as connectivity problems, login errors, or navigation challenges.</p></li><li><p>Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adjust quickly to updates or changes in systems.</p></li><li><p>Communication Tools: Familiarity with email platforms, video conferencing tools, and instant messaging applications for effective virtual communication.</p></li></ul><p><b>To succeed in this role, you will:</b></p><ul><li><p>Skillfully ask probing questions and overcome objections.</p></li><li><p>Counsel prospective students regarding their educational and career objectives.</p></li><li><p>Guide students through the enrollment process.</p></li><li><p>Successfully implement strategies to meet enrollment objectives.</p></li></ul><p><b>Skills you will need here:</b></p><p><i>(Required)</i></p><ul><li><p>Technical expertise and capability to operate applications.</p></li><li><p>Reliable Wifi connection.
