Education Facilitator – Make a Real Difference in Young People’s Lives
Start Date: Immediate Fully Remote

Are you ready to help transform the educational experiences of children and young people who need it most? We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and compassionate Education Facilitator to join a fast-growing, purpose-driven team.

This is not your typical admin role. You’ll be at the heart of delivering bespoke, learner-centred education programmes, working alongside educators and families to ensure every learner has the support they need to thrive, whether through home or community tuition, mentoring, courses, or exams.

Why this role matters:

  • Be part of a team that changes outcomes and changes lives every day.
  • Shape flexible education programmes tailored to individual learners’ needs.
  • Support learners, tutors, and families to overcome barriers to education.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with parents, tutors, and stakeholders to create and manage personalised timetables.
  • Booking venues, exams, and educational resources.
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring attendance.
  • Supporting staffing needs and assisting with organisational tasks.
  • Problem-solving, adapting to changing situations, and keeping communication clear and consistent.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Organised, proactive, and resilient.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident working independently in a fully remote role.
  • Empathetic and committed to equity in education.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or education-related settings.

What’s in it for you:

  • Permanent, full-time role with year-round contract.
  • £28,000 per annum, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
  • Fully remote, plus occasional national/regional travel (all expenses covered).
  • Home working support: £30 monthly allowance, £150 one-off setup contribution, laptop & mobile phone provided.
  • 33 days holiday (25 annual leave + 8 public holidays).
  • Pension (3% employer contribution) and retention bonuses.
  • Be part of a passionate, supportive team making a tangible impact on young lives.

This is your chance to join a values-driven, collaborative organisation where your work truly matters, and where every day brings the opportunity to make a difference.

Apply now to help reimagine education for learners who need it most.
