The company offers strong exposure to high-impact client work, a culture of ownership and growth, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a scaling team.</p><p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing 7–10 e-commerce client accounts. This includes setting the strategy (offers, funnel priorities, email/SMS direction, conversion levers) and directing the media buyers, as well as collaborating with the design and engineering specialist. You will not be just a messenger between client and team: you will own the relationship and the plan. You’ll be expected to think critically about every account, bring growth ideas the client didn't ask for, and defend the numbers in the room.<br></p><p>This role reports directly to the Global Accounts Director.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own client relationship and be each client's primary strategic contact</p></li><li><p>Maintain a living growth plan per account: ad angles and offers, funnel and PDP priorities, email/SMS strategy</p></li><li><p>Identify and prioritize AOV, conversion rate, and LTV opportunities from real performance data, and turn them into briefs the team can execute fast..</p></li><li><p>Identify and close account expansion opportunities across channels, scope, and initiatives</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with media buying, email, CRO and creative teams on execution priorities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights, risks, and recommendations</p></li><li><p>Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring deliverables launch on time.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p><strong>Must Have:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>2–4 years managing and growing a book of e-commerce client accounts in an agency or in-house environment.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Shopify, WordPress, and Meta Ads Manager or similar tools.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of full-funnel e-commerce: Meta Ads, email/SMS (Klaviyo or similar), and CRO principles</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with high ownership and accountability standards</p></li><li><p>Availability to work remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday)<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Good to Have:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth across DTC or e-commerce brands</p></li><li><p>Experience in regulated or high-scrutiny verticals (health & wellness, sports medicine, CBD/THC, hospitality)</p></li><li><p>Lead-generation account experience alongside e-commerce<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Our Hiring Process:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Initial Screening (30 mins): </strong>Introductory conversation with the recruiter to assess role fit.</p></li><li><p><strong>Recorded Introduction (1–2 mins): </strong>Short recorded video of your introduction.</p></li><li><p><strong>Client Discovery Call (15 mins):</strong> Initial conversation with the client to explore role fit.</p></li><li><p><strong>Assessment:</strong> Case study assignment to evaluate problem solving skills.</p></li><li><p><strong>Final Interview (30 mins):</strong> In-depth interview with the hiring manager for final evaluation.</p></li><li><p><strong>Background Check & Offer: </strong>Complete<strong> </strong>background check and receive offer letter.</p></li></ul>
