In this role, you will be the primary driver behind how millions of people discover work, focusing on driving user acquisition and creating an amazing job discovery user experience.</p> <p>You will lead the vision and execution for core job seeker products across our web and mobile discovery interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple engineering squads to build personalized, AI-driven features. As a "player-coach," you will be expected to zoom out to set growth strategies and build clear success metrics, and zoom in to manage a team of product managers and ensure strong execution. </p> <p><strong>Key Focuses:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Growth:</strong> Own all job seeker acquisition strategies and user experiences. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
