Overview As the Customer Logistics Analyst, you will be the operational backbone between Greenhouse and our wholesale customers including retailers, distributors, club, foodservice, and emerging channels across Canada and the U.S. ensuring orders, deliveries, and inventory updates hit the mark. This role is approximately 70% customer logistics and partner communication, and 30% coordination of internal, non-revenue support such as samples, trade shows, and special projects. The role moves beyond pure execution into accountability, escalation ownership, KPI visibility, and process discipline to support strong service performance and customer trust. Statement of Work & Responsibilities Customer Logistics & Wholesale Partner Support Manage day-to-day logistics tasks for wholesale customers and distributor partners: shipments, PO status tracking, appointment scheduling, order flow, back-in-stock communication, and allocation updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and distributor logistics inquiries and short notifications; coordinate resolutions internally and with partners. Monitor and manage customer service performance including OTIF, fill rate, and short recovery timelines. Track and update order progress, stock status, and shipment delays; communicate proactively with Sales, distributor partners, and brokers. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key carrier and 3PL contacts to support appointment scheduling and load execution. Maintain accurate records of customer logistics interactions, PO movement, exceptions, and commitments. Support EDI order flow in partnership with Finance and IT, including monitoring transmissions and resolving exceptions. Execute manual order entry and validation for non-EDI customers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Non-Revenue Logistics & Commercial Support Coordinate and execute sample shipments and other non-revenue deliveries (shelf assets, POS, etc.) for brokers, field teams, events, and customer trials. Support trade show logistics including product shipments, booth materials, carrier coordination, and scheduling. Assist with ad-hoc commercial and sales operations projects as required. Skills & Qualifications Required Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external partners. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) and ERP/order management systems. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Nice to Have Experience in CPG logistics , wholesale order management, or sales operations. Familiarity with EDI environments and order management workflows. Experience working with retailers, distributors, or foodservice customers. Exposure to routing, scheduling, or logistics management tools. Background in B2B customer service or supply chain coordination.
