We are seeking a Culture, Social & Partnerships Contractor to collaborate with Tinder Thailand on selected marketing and partnership projects.

We are seeking a Culture, Social & Partnerships Contractor to collaborate with Tinder Thailand on selected marketing and partnership projects. Thailand is one of Tinder's key growth markets, and this independent contract offers an exciting opportunity to help drive brand and business momentum while keeping full autonomy over how you work and deliver results.

Scope of Work
  • Plan and execute culture‑first marketing and influencer initiatives that build buzz and conversation for Tinder Thailand.

  • Develop and deliver localized social and digital content in collaboration with Tinder’s marketing team and external agencies.

  • Identify and manage brand partnership and collaboration opportunities.

  • Translate Thai Gen Z and millennial culture insights into campaign concepts and creative ideas.

  • Provide project support on specific high‑priority initiatives as requested by the Thailand Country Director.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, reporting and campaign documentation to ensure deliverables are completed as agreed.

  • While this role primarily supports Tinder, it may expand to support other brands within the Match Group portfolio in the future.


  • Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social, influencer, partnerships, content, or agency roles, ideally with youth, lifestyle, entertainment, consumer tech, or digital-first brands.

  • Deeply connected to Thai youth culture, especially Gen Z and young millennials, with a strong feel for trends, conversations, creators, and what resonates socially.

  • A social native with strong instincts for content, cultural relevance, and ideas that people want to engage with and share.

  • Experience supporting or executing influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, social campaigns, or cultural activations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working across both creative and operational tasks, from idea development to execution follow-up and reporting.
