In this position, you will play a pivotal role in repurposing marketing materials into high-impact sales sequences, templates, and snippets in Outreach to engage and accelerate deals with SMB advertisers. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop content that drives revenue across the advertiser lifecycle (SDR, AE, and AM roles).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Ogden, UT Hybrid</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></p><ul><li>Obtain a thorough understanding of X advertising products, targeting capabilities, platform features, and sales processes for SMB advertisers</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to repurpose existing marketing materials and content into effective sequences, templates, snippets, and other assets in Outreach</li><li>Create polished, engaging, and personalized email sequences, call scripts, and content tailored for SDR (prospecting), AE (closing), and AM (account management/expansion) roles to accelerate sales cycles and revenue</li><li>Utilize data-driven strategies and A/B testing to optimize Outreach sequences for higher open, click, reply, and conversion rates</li><li>Work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, training, quality, and enablement teams to identify content gaps, operational improvements, and upskilling opportunities</li><li>Administer and optimize the Outreach platform along with other prospecting and engagement tools</li><li>Continually audit, edit, update, and refine existing sales content and sequences to maintain accuracy and alignment with current X platform offerings and best practices</li><li>Synthesize complex advertising concepts, product information, and sales techniques into accessible resources for the sales team</li><li>Support onboarding and ongoing development of SDRs, AEs, and AMs with Outreach training and content resources</li><li>Regularly communicate project status, performance insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders</li><li>Work with Biz Ops, data analysts, and leadership to create effective reporting and analytics that measure enablement impact on sales outcomes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Will You Need to Succeed?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or comparable work experience</li><li>1+ years of experience in sales enablement, content creation for sales teams, Outreach (or similar platform) sequence building, or related experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms is strongly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of B2B/SMB sales processes, preferably in digital advertising, media, or SaaS environments</li><li>Proficiency with educational and design concepts (instructional design, adult learning principles, creating effective enablement materials)</li><li>Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong organization skills and attention to detail</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating persuasive sales copy</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, marketing, sales, and key stakeholders</li><li>Team player with a collaborative and innovative style</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced advertising platform environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>In our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:</p><ul><li>Structured learning and career development programs</li><li>Mental health program</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off policy</li><li>Paid medical leave</li><li>Child/Dependent care reimbursement</li><li>Education reimbursement</li><li>401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisor</li><li>Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision</li></ul><p><br></p><p>MarketStar is firmly committed to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that prohibit employment discrimination.
