<p> WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO<br /> • Provide necessary pre-production and overall day of show support to the Production Manager, Back of House team, Venues, and to the Touring Personnel<br /> • Responsible for various errands and/or task associated with the talent and the production of the show<br /> • Assist with the day of show parking list, show credentials, and guest list<br /> • Create day of show documents as needed (ie, meal tickets, sign in sheets, back of house signage)<br /> • Manage on-site Runners<br /> • Assist with petty cash distribution & reconciliation when needed<br /> • Knowledge of the region to properly locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, services, etc for touring personnel<br /> • Assist with artist/tour needs and requests,<br /> • Ensure the backstage areas are clean and free of clutter<br /> • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times.<br /> <br /> * Please note this position is working from various 3rd party venues and job sites, hours, and schedules vary.<br /> <br /> WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING<br /> • Flexible schedule and ability to work early mornings into late nights (days/nights, weekends, holidays), long hours required<br /> • Calm, Professional, and customer service-oriented<br /> • Roll up your sleeves attitude, and eagerness to jump in, no job is too small<br /> • Ability to make clear and concise decisions, sometimes with limited information.<br /> • Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organization skills<br /> • Detail-oriented and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency<br /> • Ability to stay level-headed in high-stress environments<br /> • A positive team-oriented approach in all aspects of the role<br /> • High School Diploma<br /> • Computer literate in Excel & Word, and Google Docs is a must<br /> • Excellent communication skills<br /> • Punctual - early is on time<br /> • Experience in prioritizing, time management & multitasking<br /> <br /> Preferred:<br /> • Experience in live music environment<br /> <br /> Physical Demands / Working Environment<br /> • Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful<br /> • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds<br /> • Moderate to loud level of noise in work environment<br /> <br /> EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY<br /> <br /> We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
