Your primary goal is to acquire new buying accounts (NBAs) while expanding your territory and growing your customer base. You will help our customers bridge gaps in their business, and reach their goals through technology Best of all, you do it all alongside one of North America’s most trusted technology services and solutions providers.  </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>The Commercial Developmet Account Executive (CDAE) is a direct quota carrier, you will be focused on developing prospect accounts leveraging cold calling and acquisition strategies in an assigned territory. </li> <li>Understand customer needs, motivations, and potential objections.  </li> <li>Predict and influence buyer behavior and align with customer needs.  </li> <li>Prioritize the customer in everything you do and view selling as a strategic partnership.  </li> <li>Partner with executives from leading tech companies to develop creative and innovative solutions.  </li> <li>Continuously enhance your business acumen, manage your pipeline efficiently, and demonstrate leadership when challenges arise. </li> <li>Manage all aspects of account management, including processing quotes and orders, and exceeding customer expectations </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>What you bring to the table:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>2+ years' experience in a business-to-business sales environment. </li> <li>Experience in prospecting and cold calling, with a successful track record of acquiring new buying accounts. </li> <li>Proven track record of reaching sales targets and market growth plans. </li> <li>Experience in outbound selling is a plus. </li> <li>Active listening skills and the ability to pivot your pitch based on real-time customer information. </li> <li>High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building. </li> <li>Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients. </li> <li>Problem-solving skills with an ability to think outside the box. </li> <li>A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li> <li>High School diploma or equivalent. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Compensation:</strong></span></p> <p>The expected base wage rate for this role is $52,500. Combined base plus incentives at target is $105,000.</p> <p>Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.</p> <p>In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.</p><p><br><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong><u>Not sure if you qualify?
