Position: Full-Time Driver
Location: McLean, Virginia
Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability for some evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: Starting at $100,000+ depending on experience

A private family in McLean, VA is seeking a professional, polished, and highly dependable Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation support. The ideal candidate is discreet, punctual, service-oriented, and experienced navigating the Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport principals and family members to appointments, meetings, airports, events, school, and activities
  • Maintain all vehicles in immaculate condition, including cleaning, fueling, servicing, and scheduling routine maintenance
  • Monitor traffic and plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals
  • Assist with luggage, packages, and personal items as needed
  • Coordinate daily transportation schedules with the family
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Ensure vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance records remain up to date
  • Be available for occasional evenings and weekend coverage as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior private family or executive driving experience preferred
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
  • Strong familiarity with the DMV area, including traffic patterns and alternate routes
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, flexible, and reliable
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide exceptional service
  • Comfortable around children and pets if applicable
