CAD Implementer (REMOTE-US) <br><br>Job Location (Short): Madison, Alabama-USA <br><br>Workplace Type: Remote <br><br>Business Unit: SIG <br><br>Req Id: 2166 <br><br><strong><b>Responsibilities</b></strong><br><br>Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the CAD Implementer will undertake and occasionally lead activities related to the introduction, design, development, configuration, installation, and support of Hexagon's computer aided dispatch products and applications specializing in the Public Safety industry (9-1-1, Law Enforcement, Fire Protection Service, Emergency Medical Service). This highly technical role encompasses all aspects of software services delivery. <br><ul><li>Fully Remote Position</li><li>Participate in functional requirement definition and analysis</li><li>Create complex workflow through involvement in functional requirements definition and analysis</li><li>Lead simple data modeling and data conversion definition activities</li><li>Performs complex configuration and installation of Hexagon's COTS products</li><li>Lead overall design of simple solutions for customers</li><li>Deliver product training (end users and system administration)</li><li>Design (including documentation), develops, installs and conducts acceptance testing of custom developed applications and system interfaces</li><li>Lead database administration activities</li><li>Lead support of customer's acceptance testing of Hexagon's products</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><br><br><strong><b>Education / Qualifications</b></strong><br><br><ul><li>A degree in the Sciences, Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience related to technical application development</li><li>Demonstrated success in a minimum of 4 of the following areas (pre-requisites for this level):</li><li>Delivery of end-user training sessions on Hexagon software</li><li>Creation of functional requirements definition and analysis activities</li><li>Having lead technical tasks within a project team on more than one occasion, for a system which is being used in production</li><li>Having demonstrated ability to build good relationships with customers</li><li>Delivery of customer presentations, or training to a small to medium size audience</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with customers and build and maintain positive customer relations</li><li>Consistently displays positive teamwork behaviors in line with Hexagon culture, including: reliability, effective and respectful communication & listening skills, proactive sharing of knowledge, cooperation and flexibility in approach and work style, and showing commitment to the team.</li><li>PSAP or field operations experience highly desired.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills as it relates to conveying technical information internally and externally</li><li>Shares knowledge and assists others in the completion of their tasks to support team goals</li><li>Understands and is able to articulate the business priorities of the professional services organization</li><li>Engages in complex problem-solving exercise utilizing independent or team problem-solving skills</li><li>Up to 50% travel required within North America</li></ul><br><br><strong><b>About Hexagon</b></strong><br><br>Hexagon is the global leader in enterprise software, empowering organizations to build a safer, more sustainable and efficient future.
