Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Author. You will act as the creator of your book while our publishing and production team handles the editing, formatting, cover design, and Amazon setup.

You’ll collaborate with our team to take your manuscript or book idea from concept to a fully published version on Amazon KDP. Responsibilities include sharing your vision, refining your outline or manuscript, reviewing drafts, and providing feedback throughout the publishing process.

The role is ideal for individuals who want to publish professionally without dealing with technical, design, or formatting complexities.

Responsibilities

  • Work with editors and publishing specialists to shape your manuscript
  • Provide direction on tone, style, and structure
  • Review drafts, cover concepts, and formatted proofs
  • Approve final versions before publishing
  • Participate in light collaboration (reviews, calls, feedback)
  • Ensure the final book aligns with your message and goals

Requirements

  • Clear concept, manuscript, or story you want to publish
  • 3–5 hrs/week commitment for collaboration
  • Desire to publish on Amazon KDP, Kindle, or paperback
  • Openness to working with a professional publishing team
