The role encompasses the planning, direction, supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day operations of the department. They will work in collaboration with leadership to ensure billing functions are efficient and accurate. They will embrace and drive change <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">while identifying and</span> pursuing opportunities for maximizing revenue. <b>This position is a remote role with the ability to sit within any US locality.</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Compensation</b>: $132,000- $191,000 Annually with potential bonus</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Directly supervise Billing Managers and provide oversight, leadership, and guidance for the department </p></li><li><p>Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to person for all revenue cycle processes </p></li><li><p>Develop and implement procedures for continual quality improvement in billing to improve the accuracy <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">and timely submission</span> of all data to process claims according to compliance guidelines </p></li><li><p>Work with enterprise leadership <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">to identify operations</span> that can <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">be modified to</span> enhance revenue </p></li><li><p>Accountable for being knowledgeable and understanding of all aspects of the revenue cycle staff </p></li><li><p><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">field required </span></p></li><li><p>Medical Coding or Billing certification preferred </p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in medical billing and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">collections required </span></p></li><li><p><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Experience utilizing Microsoft</span> Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Teams </p></li><li><p><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
