<div>The Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs that prepare technicians, operators, and field support staff to work effectively and safely with autonomous systems. This role goes beyond classroom instruction-it involves hands-on, in-field coaching, ensuring personnel can confidently perform diagnostics, calibrations, repairs, and operational support on AV platforms. <br/><br/>The trainer acts as a bridge between engineering, operations, and field teams, translating complex technical requirements into practical learning experiences.
