You will be supporting experienced members of the team throughout various stages of an audit. </span><span>We trust our Associate Consultants to always perform at a high level of quality and professionalism.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span>Main Responsibilities:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 16px">Assist remotely in execution of compliance audits for existing clients including planning, execution and reporting activities which includes compilation of raw data, basic data analysis, product testing, etc. Manage multiple projects across multiple managers and regions.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span>Requirements: </span></span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Audit experience preferred, but not required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Big Four accounting firm experience preferred, but not required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance department if there is no Audit or Big Four experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Data analytics experience or background.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">English fluency both verbal and written is required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills and other data analytics tools</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Microsoft EXCEL proficiency is a MUST</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Professional and personable demeanor.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Hard working, detail oriented and ability to work well independently and in a team environment</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent required</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 16px">MBA/CPA/CA, or other relevant certification is not required, but a plus.</span></li> <li>50% domestic and international travel required.</li> <li>For positions in the following countries, languages required are: <ul> <li>USA – English</li> </ul> <ul> <li>LatinAmerica – Portuguese, Spanish</li> <li>UK – English</li> <li>Europe – Polish, Spanish, Italian or French</li> <li>Japan – Native speaker, English</li> <li>Korea – Native speaker, English</li> <li>Vietnam – Native speaker, English</li> <li>China – Native speaker, English</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Benefits - Why Connor?</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <p>We approach every relationship with purpose, attention, and a little fun!
