<p><strong>Asana Automation Consultant (Contract) - MUST reside in Egypt </strong></p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a contract-based Asana Automation Consultant to design, implement, and optimize workflow automation within Asana and related business systems. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual administrative effort, enhancing visibility across projects, and supporting scalable execution processes across consulting, operations, and business functions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong process-thinking capabilities with hands-on experience configuring Asana workflows, rules, forms, integrations, reporting, and automation across platforms such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Slack, Teams, and related tools.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Asana System Architecture & Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Configure and maintain Asana workspaces, teams, projects, portfolios, templates, and custom fields </li> <li>Develop scalable project and task structures aligned with organizational workflows </li> <li>Standardize project management processes and governance within Asana </li> <li>Optimize permissions, access structures, naming conventions, and organizational standards </li> </ul> <p><strong>Workflow Automation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement automation rules within Asana </li> <li>Build cross-platform automations using: </li> <ul> <li>Microsoft Power Automate </li> <li>Zapier </li> <li>Make (Integromat) </li> <li>Slack / Microsoft Teams </li> <li>Outlook / Gmail integrations </li> </ul> <li>Automate task
