Ideally, selected candidates will be near a JACOBS U.S. based office.<br><br></strong>At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.<br><br>Your impact<br><br><ul><li>Provide administrative coordination to ensure projects under the ICT Department proceed in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and technical documentation.</li><li>Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts using a variety of computer applications</li><li>Support the gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees </li><li>Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution</li><li>Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Assist in the data entry for staffing plans</li><li>Coordinate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned to support the ICT Engineering Department<br><br><br></li></ul>Here's what you'll need<br><br><ul><li>Education</li><ul><li> Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.</li></ul><li>Experience</li><ul><li>Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a technology, engineering, or IT environment.</li><li>Experience supporting senior-level management or department heads.</li></ul><li>Technical Skills</li><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).</li><li>Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systems is an advantage.</li><li>Basic understanding of ICT concepts and terminology to facilitate effective communication within the department.</li><li>Experience with document management systems and electronic filing.</li></ul><li>Core Competencies</li><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>Proactive problem-solving ability and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<br></li></ul></ul>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
