We’re expanding rapidly into enterprise, with growing adoption across large, multi-location brands.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p>We’re looking for an Account Manager who has a proven track record of exceeding quota via renewals and expansion sales. You should have experience with consultative sales processes, selling SaaS /AI (ideally Customer Experience and Presence Management) and working with mid-size companies, across a variety of industries. In your previous roles, you should have experience preparing and negotiating renewals, rightsizing existing contracts based on usage and revised pricing models, and legal/procurement negotiations.</p><p>Your ability to strategically build relationships at all levels comes from excellent account planning, solid listening skills, and being able to communicate the personal and business value of our product. You also have a strong understanding of success metrics including product adoption, contract renewal attainment, and overall growth of your account base.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets via account renewals and expansion</li><li>Collaborating with Customer Success to identify white space opportunities, while developing and confidently presenting account plans to our senior leadership.</li><li>Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to identify and prioritize the best accounts for growth.</li><li>Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via CRM, including clear and concise notes.</li><li>Comfort in prospecting and asking for referrals in the existing Account base.</li><li>Help craft our sales playbooks.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>3+ years of relevant account management experience</li><li>3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience</li><li>Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills</li><li>Well organized with effective activity and time management skills</li><li>Understanding of strategic account planning and identifying white space opportunities</li><li>Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools like Outreach or SalesLoft</li><li>Be a team player, you enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed</li><li>You LOVE work as much as we do and can dedicate your life to this while it gets off the ground</li></ul><p><strong>Desired</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with digital marketing</li><li>You prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tactics</li></ul><p><strong>Why You’ll Join Us</strong></p><p>At Birdeye, we are relentless innovators driven by a singular goal: to lead our category with unparalleled excellence.
